nanonetshealth_list_actionable_accept_forms lists the AdvancedMD patient forms that a Nanonets Health Accept Forms custom agent should act on now. Nanonets Health builds the list with the same selection its own Accept Forms agent uses: it scans every form awaiting review, then drops excluded patients and forms outside the form policy. The tool is read-only: it queues, accepts and declines nothing.
Authentication and enablement
The tool uses the Nanonets Health integration. The platform injectsapi_key, which is excluded from the model-visible schema. The tool is disabled by default.
Inputs
agent_id(required): the Nanonets Health Accept Forms custom-agent id. Its configuration decides the exclusions and the form policy.page: optional, 1-based, defaults to1. It only takes effect whenlimitis set.limit: optional, items per page. Omit it to get every actionable item.
Output
countis the total number of actionable items. Withlimitset, itemsholds only the requested page.page,limitandhas_moreappear only whenlimitis set.- Each item’s
item_keyispatient_id:form_id.
As a delegate_tasks source
Use this tool as the source of an Accept Forms parent agent, with items_path: "items" and item_key_field: "item_key". Source mode passes page and limit.
Nanonets Health cannot page this list itself, and building it takes 20–40 seconds for a large office. So page 1 fetches the whole list, and later pages are cut from that same list for up to 10 minutes. A whole enumeration therefore makes one slow call, and its pages cannot shift between calls. Paging ends at the first empty page, past the last item. The HTTP timeout is 180 seconds.
Errors
The tool returns Nanonets Health’s error text, for exampleHTTP 400: agent_id=<id> runs workflow mips_flow, not accept_forms_flow when the custom agent is not an Accept Forms agent. A response with a missing or non-array items field is reported as an error rather than as zero actionable forms. This tool requires fleming PR #467 to be deployed.
